We provide full-service rental management, including listing optimization, transparent accounting, and a high quality guest concierge service that coordinates optional add-ons like private chefs, surf lessons, wellness and spa services.

Property Management (Next Wave Management): Provides the essential operational backbone, covering rigorous maintenance, routine inspections, general property care, back-end accounting, and HR administration.

Real Estate (Next Wave Realty): Focused on property sales. Helping people find homes and land from Playa Remanso to the border. Potentially helping guests become owners. And if homeowners decide it’s time to move on and become guests again we are there to help again.

Legal (Next Wave Legal): We handle all essential compliance and contract drafting, including homeowner rental agreements, guest contracts, liability waivers, HR compliance, and insurance guidance.

Marketing: This includes comprehensive marketing and distribution channels such as OTA (Online Travel Agency) optimization, a direct booking website with CRM integration, and leveraging social media channels and local partnerships to drive high occupancy.
